1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Free GTO Poker Range ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Educational nature of the Site

The Site is provided as a free educational tool for studying poker theory. All strategies, ranges, and trainer feedback are approximations produced by a machine-learning model and are intended for off-table study only.

The Site is not a real-money poker product. We do not host real-money games, do not accept deposits, and do not facilitate, encourage, or assist real-money gambling in any form.

3. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site, its content, or its underlying model to assist real-money play in any online poker room (commonly known as "real-time assistance" or "RTA"). Such use violates the terms of every major poker site and may also violate applicable laws.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, including by automated crawling beyond the rate permitted by robots.txt.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The strategies displayed are an approximation of GTO play and are not guaranteed to be optimal, profitable, or fit for any particular purpose. The operator makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for losses incurred at real or virtual poker tables, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (advertising networks, analytics providers). Their behavior on your device is governed by their own policies — see the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the trained model, the source code, page text, and visual design — is the property of the operator unless otherwise noted. You may quote individual ranges or screenshots for personal study or non-commercial discussion with attribution to the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
